Grim & Strössel

Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy and are committed to processing personal data in an open and responsible manner, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website is Grim & Strössel Invest AB, registration number 559386-7822, Ekerö, Sweden. Questions about privacy or the processing of personal data can be sent to info@grimstrossel.se.

The website does not collect any personal data through forms — there is no contact form. Our contact channel is a plain email link (info@grimstrossel.se); a message you send there is handled as ordinary email correspondence and is not stored by the website.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure basic statistics about visits to the website, such as page views and clicks. These tools are only activated once you have explicitly given your consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit — no analytics cookies are set before that. Your consent choice is stored only locally in your own browser, not on our servers, and you can change or withdraw it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the website.

Google acts as a data processor for the analytics data collected and may process the data, including IP address, in accordance with Google's own terms. More information is available in Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

The website is hosted via Cloudflare, which in its role as web host/CDN processes technical operational data (e.g. IP address and request timestamp) to deliver the page and protect it against abuse and denial-of-service attacks. This processing is necessary for the website to function and is only stored temporarily by Cloudflare under its own procedures.

We never sell personal data. Data is shared only with the data processors named above (Google and Cloudflare), to the extent required to provide the website and its basic statistics.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to be informed about, request rectification or erasure of, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, if you believe your personal data is being processed incorrectly.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Last updated: 2 August 2026.
